The Annual Dues Remittance Date is May 15, 2016.  The dues remain at $140 and should be sent to Fairview Farm Homeowners’ Association, PO Box 95, Essex Junction, VT 05452-095.

Dues must be submitted by July 1 or late fees apply.

The Fairview Farm pools open on or around Memorial Day weekend. Once dues are paid, each residence will receive a 2016 code for the pool lock. If your dues check has been deposited and you haven’t received your pool code, please send a note to the board at ffhabrd@gmail.com

We tie our neighborhood garage sale to Countryside’s date and advertise jointly with them. The date for this year’s sale is Saturday July 23, 2016.
